Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery: after dispatch, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
Shipping costs
- 1 stick: $4.99 standard shipping
- 2 sticks or more: free standard shipping
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Digital bonus and free gifts
The Glow Up Guide is a digital PDF and is delivered by email after your order. Free physical gifts ship in the same parcel as your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show updates.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can only update orders that have not been fulfilled yet.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number. See our Refund Policy for details.
